Taylor Swift is still at No. 1. "Patient Zero" spends a third week on top of the Billboard Hot 100 for the chart dated October 24, 2026. The big news below her: Dominic Fike earns his first top 10 with "Babydoll," a 2018 song that went viral this year, and ADÉLA climbs to a new high with "Nicole Kidman." Drake and Don Toliver's "Solar Eclipse," which debuted at No. 5 last week, falls out of the top 10. Here's the full top 10, from No. 1 down.

This chart reflects streaming, radio and sales from October 9–15, according to Billboard's data partner Luminate.

1. "Patient Zero" — Taylor Swift

Week three at No. 1. The song is one of the new tracks on the deluxe edition of The Life of a Showgirl, which also spends a 15th week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. Swift wrote and produced it with Max Martin and Shellback. Curious about the fan comparisons to a musical? Read whether "Patient Zero" samples Hadestown.

2. "Choosin' Texas" — Ella Langley

Langley holds at No. 2 in her 52nd week on the chart, a full year. The song already owns the record for most weeks at No. 1 on the Hot 100, with 24. This week it also adds a 26th week at No. 1 on the Streaming Songs chart, tying Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" for the longest run in that chart's history.

3. "Boston" — Stella Lefty

"Boston" stays at No. 3, its third week on the chart. It peaked at No. 2.

4. "Been By Now" — Morgan Wallen

Wallen's song holds at No. 4 in its 12th week. Its best spot so far is No. 2.

5. "Dracula" — Tame Impala and JENNIE

"Dracula" moves up one spot to No. 5, matching its peak. It has now been on the chart for 55 weeks. Tame Impala's Kevin Parker ranks third on Billboard's Hot 100 Producers chart this week.

7. "Hate That I Made You Love Me" — Ariana Grande

Grande's song holds at No. 7 in its 20th week. It debuted at No. 1.

8. "Stupid Song" — Olivia Rodrigo

9. "Bby Wow" — Karol G, Judeline and Rusowsky

Karol G's song rises one spot to No. 9 in its 10th week. Its peak is No. 6.

10. "Babydoll" — Dominic Fike (new to the top 10)

Fike gets his first Hot 100 top 10 as "Babydoll" climbs from No. 13 to No. 10 in its 36th week on the chart. The song came out in 2018 and caught a second life online this year. It also reaches the top five on Billboard's Radio Songs chart. It's a good reminder for independent artists: an old song in your catalog can still break if it finds the right moment. Our guide to indie marketing trends that worked in 2026 covers how that happens.

What changed since last week?

  • New to the top 10: "Babydoll" by Dominic Fike.
  • Left the top 10: "Solar Eclipse" by Drake and Don Toliver.
  • Moving up: ADÉLA (9 to 6), Tame Impala and JENNIE (6 to 5), Karol G (10 to 9), Fike (13 to 10).
  • Holding steady: Swift, Langley, Stella Lefty, Wallen, Grande and Rodrigo all stay in place.

What does this week's chart tell us?

The top four haven't moved at all, which shows how hard it is to break into the top tier right now. The action is lower down, where a song that's eight years old and a newcomer from Slovakia are both climbing. Big streaming numbers keep long-running hits in place for months, so new songs often need radio play and a viral moment at the same time to break in.
