  • The URL on Sampled where the material appears.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work (link to the original).

We aim to action valid requests within 72 hours, usually faster.

Image sourcing policy

Cover images on Sampled come from one of: licensed stock libraries, public-domain or Creative Commons sources (Wikimedia, Unsplash, Pexels) with attribution where required, official press/promo materials provided for editorial use, or original artwork. Every cover image links its credit and source in the caption.

If you're a photographer or rightsholder and we've credited you in error or used an image we shouldn't have, email us and we'll replace or remove it.

Quotes, lyrics & samples

We report on samples, interpolations, and production credits as factual information. Direct quotes from interviews and press are kept short, attributed inline, and linked to the original publication in the "Sourced from" block at the foot of every piece. We do not reproduce song lyrics beyond brief excerpts for commentary.

AI-assist disclosure

Articles on Sampled are AI-assisted, not AI-written. The ideas, structure, and editorial direction are the site’s intellectual property. Each piece is built on original research, multiple reference sources, and human planning before any AI tools are used for drafting. All published work links its sources and is reviewed by a human editor before it goes live. Facts are verifiable; opinions are the desk's.

Corrections
